Lemon balm leaf

Hibiscus flowers

Believed to reduce fever and treat heart and nerve disorders. Effective in treating high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and high cholesterol. Decreases body temperature, treats heart disease, and soothes a sore throat.

Wormwood herb

Wormwood is used for various digestion problems such as loss of appetite, upset stomach, gall bladder disease, and intestinal spasms. Wormwood is also used to treat fever, liver disease, depression, muscle pain, memory loss, and worm infections; to increase sexual desire; as a tonic; and to stimulate sweating.

Mugwort herb

 Bladderwrack
Seaweed is used for obesity, arthritis, joint pain, “hardening of the arteries” (arteriosclerosis), digestive disorders, heartburn, “blood cleansing,” constipation, bronchitis, emphysema, urinary tract disorders, and anxiety. Other uses include boosting the immune system and increasing energy.

Burdock Root
Increases urine flow, kill germs, reduce fever, and “purify” the blood. It is also used to treat colds, cancer, anorexia nervosa, gastrointestinal (GI) complaints, joint pain (rheumatism), gout, bladder infections, complications of syphilis, and skin conditions including acne and psoriasis.

Catnip herb

The biggest health benefit is the calming effect that it can have on the body. Catnip contains nepetalactone, which is similar to the valepotriates found in a commonly used herbal sedative, valerian.
